Take a look at this medical implant tray we made recently. One of our medical clients sent us some implant samples for our design team to measure and programme into our CAD system. After the implant profiles are programmed into the computer - a process known as digitisation - they are then fed into our CNC milling machine, where the profiles are cut from a piece of high-density polyethylene foam laminated with a sheet of PVC plastic. As a finishing touch, the names and references of each implant have been silk-screened onto the PVC.
With an in-house design team and advanced computer-aided design and CNC routing facilities, we can produce customised foam interiors to house implant samples, instruments and any other equipment.
