Shipping and Delivery

We endeavour to ship in-stock items on the same day for next-day delivery, wherever possible. The majority of orders are despatched within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order. Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing through Trifibre LtdOur aim is to deliver products of high quality and in good condition; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If you need to return an item or items, please Contact us in advance so that we can strive to resolve your issue efficiently and satisfactorily. 

You have 10 working days to return or 7 working days to notify us of a non-conforming item from the date you received it. 

Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns for personalised products, such as flight Cases Customised polyester or custom foam inserts are not eligible for return. For non-conforming items, please see below. 

To return an item, it must be in its original packaging. Attach the proof of purchase to the item you are returning. If there are multiple items, make a note on the proof of purchase indicating the number of packages in your shipment and attach it to one of the packages. Failure to provide this information may prevent or delay the refund process.

As soon as we receive your item, we will inspect it before commencing the refund process. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Full refunds on returns will be issued provided that the returned products are in new and resalable condition. PLEASE NOTE THAT ‘MADE-TO-ORDER’ ITEMS AND SKB PRODUCTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10%, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. 

Refunds for returns will be processed within 7 calendar days of receiving the return. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Non-conforming assets

Guarantee

Some Products in our range are covered by a 6-month, 5-year, or LIFE guarantee (depending on product type and category) and will be replaced or repaired should breakdowns occur within this period. A Trifibre is not liable for damage where there are grounds to believe that there has been misuse, neglect or accidental damage. Warranty repairs must be returned to us at the buyer's expense. Please Do not return goods without prior authorisation.. 
Flight Case Hardware
Hardware guarantees Flight Cases are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not apply, however, if the use is limited by improper use or by external forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g. deformation, casing breaks, scratches, wear and tear, etc.) or by liquids. We advise that flight or transport damage be reported to carrier (e.g. rail or airline company) to claim compensation.  
Rotational Moulded Bags
The Lazy Zeus, Eos, Leonardo and Pegasus, as well as products from the e-commerce category ‘Trifibre‘ – ‘Bags 'moulded', are all covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The Lazy Max are covered by a limited lifetime warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Please see below for details. Within the limits established by law, PLASTICA PANARO SRL shall in no event be liable for any damages indirectpunitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any special damages, regardless of whether the claim for such damages is based on this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the liability of PLASTICA PANARO SRL for the purchase, as established herein, will exceed the purchase price of the product for which the failure or defect is being claimed. The buyer, to exercise their rights, must report any failures or defects within two months of discovering them. In the case of replacement of the product or component by PLASTICA PANARO SRL, the single product or component will not have a new warranty period but will continue the warranty period based on the original purchase date.

Who is covered
A Trifibre offers a 6-month, 5-year and LIFE (depending on the product category) on products you purchase in accordance with the above conditions for the first buyer or the person who receives the product as a gift, from the date of purchase (warranty period). 
How to claim
To claim our warranty, please inform the Trifibre about any defects within the warranty period. Trifibre will then decide if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect is covered, you will be asked to send the product along with proof of purchase to the TrifibreA Trifibre will then repair or replace the product at your own expense and pay for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. If the product is irreparable and no longer in production, it may be replaced with a comparable successor product. Incidental and consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. The warranty is limited to the value of the product. If the Trifibre agree to a warranty claim, claims under this warranty shall expire six months after they have been claimed, but not before the expiry of the warranty period. This warranty grants you only the rights described above.
