Printing and Branding

Using our in-house printing facilities, we can personalise most of our products to match your company's branding. The different methods used to achieve this include screen printing, embroidery, digital printing and CNC engraving.

Screen printing

What is screen printing? Screen printing involves transferring a stencil design engraved on a mesh screen onto a panel or fabric. It's an ideal and economical way to brand products with vivid, bold logos and can be used on soft bags or rigid suitcases.

Digital Printing

What is UV digital printing? UV digital printing can create sharp, detailed and durable images on hard case panels or fabrics with high precision and speed. The UV machine uses an ultraviolet light to dry the ink as it is applied.

CNC engraving

What is CNC engraving? Using smaller engraving tools installed on one of our CNC machines, Trifibre can engrave logos on a case panel or foam insert to create a permanent image with a clean and precise look.

Embroidery

What is embroidery? A logo file can be uploaded to our embroidery machine to sew detailed and complex logos onto fabrics and quilted bag panels using coloured threads.

There is a variety of case colours available for flight cases, moulded plastic cases and padded bags, to ensure that the personalisation of the cases suits your company's brand.

We accept artwork in all major graphic formats, including JPG, EPS AI and PSD. We also accept client projects supplied in CAD, in all the main formats, including AutoCAD DWG, DXF, Solidworks, STP and IGES.
