Trifibre Assists UAV Deployment

National and international security is always a major topic in the news, as is the reporting of the news itself. The recording and reporting of factual information can sometimes be an expensive operation both in terms of human life as well as the direct cost.

JJT Skybernetics, based in Aberdeen, have developed a fully automated UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) which can carry sophisticated devices that can record and track targeted objects or events. Tony Beckett, a founding partner in JJT, has been working on the development for some time now, focusing on working with established international organisations and governments on all manner of events that require cost-effective aerial reconnaissance.

Operating on the principles of a helicopter rather than those of a traditional winged drone, the UAV boasts an impressive range and speed. It is also capable of performing manoeuvres that a conventional helicopter is unable to. The UAV has full autopilot capability, being controlled from the safety of a PC-based ground unit. Unfortunately, we are unable to report on all of its capabilities, as its advanced features are top secret!

JJT Skybernetics is open for business and has entrusted Trifibre with the design and manufacture of flight cases for the UAV and its payloads, for their safe shipment around the world at a moment’s notice – more like a scene from Thunderbirds!
