La nouvelle machine est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un changeur d'outils automatique \u00e0 16 outils, ainsi que du chargement et du d\u00e9chargement automatique des mat\u00e9riaux, et sera principalement utilis\u00e9e pour la production d'\u00e9tuis de vol.<\/p>\n<p>Le chargement et le d\u00e9chargement automatiques automatiseront une grande partie du processus de production de caisses de vol. Des feuilles de contreplaqu\u00e9 vierges sont introduites dans la machine et d\u00e9coup\u00e9es selon les dimensions programm\u00e9es dans un fichier CAO. Les panneaux finis sont ensuite d\u00e9charg\u00e9s et pr\u00eats pour l'assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>Les panneaux qui composent un flight case sont dessin\u00e9s en CAO, ainsi que toutes les d\u00e9coupes pour les poign\u00e9es et les loquets, puis envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 la machine. La machine charge<\/p>\n<p>La machine Biesse d\u00e9cuplera la production de flight cases. Non seulement les flight cases seront fabriqu\u00e9s plus rapidement, mais ils seront \u00e9galement fabriqu\u00e9s avec des tol\u00e9rances beaucoup plus serr\u00e9es, car la d\u00e9coupe est effectu\u00e9e num\u00e9riquement par une machine.
