En travaillant avec Phil Cox de Positive Business Development, nous avons respect\u00e9 les meilleures pratiques, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l'exp\u00e9rience client en termes de service et de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le CRM est un syst\u00e8me pour g\u00e9rer toutes les interactions avec nos clients actuels et futurs. Notre logiciel de pr\u00e9dilection \u00e9tait le syst\u00e8me Sage CRM qui s'int\u00e8gre \u00e0 notre logiciel de comptabilit\u00e9 Sage 200 existant.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de notre syst\u00e8me CRM, nous avons \u00e9galement introduit un syst\u00e8me de retour sur notre site web.
