La nueva m\u00e1quina cuenta con un cambiador autom\u00e1tico de herramientas de 16 herramientas, as\u00ed como carga y descarga autom\u00e1tica de material, y se utilizar\u00e1 principalmente para la producci\u00f3n de flight cases.<\/p>\n<p>La carga y descarga autom\u00e1ticas automatizar\u00e1n gran parte del proceso de producci\u00f3n de cajas de vuelo. Las l\u00e1minas de contrachapado en blanco se introducen en la m\u00e1quina y se cortan seg\u00fan las dimensiones programadas en un archivo CAD. Los paneles terminados se descargan y est\u00e1n listos para el ensamblaje.<\/p>\n<p>Los paneles que componen un flight case se dibujan en CAD, junto con cualquier recorte para asas y pestillos, y luego se env\u00edan a la m\u00e1quina. La m\u00e1quina carga entonces una hoja en blanco de madera contrachapada laminada en su cama y corta autom\u00e1ticamente los paneles y agujeros para las asas y los pestillos.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e1quina Biesse quintuplicar\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n de estuches de vuelo. No solo los estuches de vuelo se har\u00e1n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, sino que se har\u00e1n con tolerancias mucho m\u00e1s estrictas, ya que el corte lo realiza una m\u00e1quina digitalmente.
